PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte signed the P3.8 trillion national budget for 2018 and the tax reform bill on Tuesday.
The 2018 General Appropriations Act is a “credible budget” while the tax reform package is the administration's “biggest Christmas gift to the Filipino people,” Duterte said after the signing in Malacanang.
