PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has slammed Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales for her alleged "selective indictment" against the previous administration over the controversial  implementation of the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP), saying she only went after her enemies.

Duterte made the statement after the Ombudsman indicted former president Benigno Aquino 3rd and former Budget secretary Florencio Abad for usurpation of legislative powers over the controversial DAP, which is punishable only by six month-imprisonment and a fine of P1,000.
