ZAMBOANGA CITY: President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday meet with soldiers of the Philippine Army’s 1st Infantry Division in Labangan town here and told them of his rhetoric woes--from critics of his anti-drug campaign to threats of terrorism and the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.
Duterte was accompanied by Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana and Armed Forces chief Gen. Ricardo Visaya.
