Silang Police Chief Gil Torralba identified the complainant as Zeline Nalles of Tubuan, Silang, Cavite who filed a complaint three hours after winning the jackpot.

Torralba ordered his men to seal the bingo machine.

In e-bingo or electronic bingo, the player inserts a P500 or a P1,000 bill into the machine and the corresponding winnings are seen on the monitor.

Nalles said that after inserting P1,000 into the machine called Funny Creature, the monitor in front of her said that she had won P21,474,000.

Raymundo Mangubat Reyes, the boutique franchise owner, said that the machine had malfunctioned on that day so he could not pay Nalles.

    >>> ang tanong kay Raymundo Mangubat Reyes, the boutique franchise owner, ANG TINUTUKOY NA MACHINE BA AY MAY TAG OR SIGN NA ” OUT OF ORDER” BEFORE GAMITIN NG COMPLAINANT? ( GANOON ANG ITANONG DIN KAY Ms. Zeline Nalles ).

ZELINE NALLES)
