EAC, Perpetual players get one-game suspension

The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Management Committee (ManCom) slapped with one-game suspension the three players involved in a brawl during the game between the Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) and University of Perpetual Help System Dalta on Tuesday.

The NCAA ManCom on Wednesday revealed the players as Enjerico Diego and Raymund Pascua of EAC and Nick Cabiltes of Perpetual. The three players engaged in a pushing and shoving match during the last minute of their game.

A separate investigation is still being held on a separate skirmish that took place outside The Arena after the game.

“We are still investigating about the alleged brawl outside the venue, but we already suspended three players who committed unsportsmanlike acts during Tuesday’s game,” said NCAA ManCom chairman Melchor Divina.  JOSEF T. RAMOS
