A personnel of the Public Information Office of Police Regional Office 3 (PRO 3), dressed as a Disney character, entertains Camp Olivas Day Care Center pupils during a pre-Halloween party held at police headquarters on Thursday. Officers of PRO3 command groups, unit heads and chiefs of offices handed out candies to 60 kids in colorful Halloween costumes as they play Trick or Treat. Chief Supt. Aaron Aquino, police regional director, said the event is in line with the celebration of the 24th National Children’s Month.
