The Supreme Court has ruled that the controversial Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) between the Philippines and the United States is constitutional.
According to an unimpeachable source of The Manila Times, the High Court upheld the legality of the agreement Tuesday through a 10-4 vote.
