Paparazzi, Edsa Shangri-La, Manila’s Italian restaurant, became one of only four local recipients of the prestigious “Ospitalita Italiana” award—an initiative of the Italian Chamber of Commerce to certify authentic and high quality Italian restaurants all over the world.
Carrying out its philosophy of “La Dolce Vita” or “The Good Life,” Paparazzi indulges guests with a menu that is “fresh and honest, faithfully Italian yet delightfully inspired and inventive.”
Diners are treated to an extensive range of Italian dishes from homemade pasta and gelatto to authentic Ossobucco. Paparazzi further achieves the picturesque Italian dining experience with its widespread selection of world-class wines.
The Ospitalita Italiana award was developed by Unioncamere, in collaboration with Federazione Italianna Pubblici Esercizi and the Istituto Nazionale Ricerche Turistiche, to protect and preserve the quality of the Italian food and beverage industry. Deliberation over qualified Italian restaurants operating in the Philippines was held in Hong Kong through the efforts of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines.
