Elanvital Enclaves Inc., the real estate firm of Rebisco buiscuit brand owner Jacinto Ng Jr., is planning to launch its second residential project within the year, it was disclosed on Thursday.
Elanvital is a provincial property developer that targets the middle-income market, mainly working individuals, overseas Filipino workers, and their families.
In a press conference, Elanvital CEO Jacinto Ng Jr. said the company plans to launch by July a new subdivision project in Imus, Cavite, worth P1.3 billion.
Named Tradizo Enclave, the project will sit on a 8.5-hectare lot and offer around 500 house-and-lot units with a price range of P2.3 million to P3.3 million.
Tradizo Enclave is the company’s second project since it was established in 2011.
The 13-hectare Nostalji Enclave in Dasmarinas, Cavite was its first project.
Ng said the company is in no rush to introduce new projects, as it adopts a “one project at a time” strategy.
He said the Nostalji Enclave project is 70-percent sold, which translates to around P1-billion sales.
He said a lot of their buyers have already moved in to their units.
Ng said Elanvital aims for a 100-percent take-up by June, just in time for the launch of its second project around July.
Elanvital Enclaves is a sister-company of Republic Biscuit Corp. (Rebisco).
