ILOILO CITY, Iloilo :The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) has reported a substantial decrease of coliform content at the Iloilo River, according to EMB head Raul Lorilla.
He told the Iloilo-Batiano River Development Council the decrease was attributed to the growing awareness of city residents and business establishments to save the river as anchor of development.
