Emperador Inc., the liquor unit of business tycoon Andrew Tan, has completed its acquisition of Whyte & Mackay Group Ltd. and its subsidiaries for 430 million euros or P31 billion.
In a statement, Emperador said the takeover took effect on Friday. The acquisition was in line with the firm’s long-term strategy to improve operations and expand its global presence.
