Enchong Dee is exploring a new avenue in his career

After swimmer-turned-dancer-turned-actor Enchong Dee added another feather in his cap by cutting a self-titled album, he is ready to take another avenue in his career via the concert scene.

The Star Magic talent is set to heat up the stage for a two-night performance playfully yet fittingly titled DeeTour on July 3 and July 10 at the Music Museum.

Enchong is hands on with every detail of his first concert, telling The Manila Times that he values being able to connect closely with his audience.

He therefore promises his fans that they will get to know him better and see a different side of him in DeeTour.

“When it comes to singing and dancing, I am more of a dancer because that’s my strength, pero yung singing I want to show people na ‘OK he’s not the best singer, he’s not considered a singer, but he can pull off a song’.”

“Right now, my biggest inspiration is to be able to perform live and to sing and dance in front of the people whose reaction I can actually se—kung natutuwa sila, o hindi nila nagugustuhan yung ginagawa mo,” added the chinito heartthrob.

Enchong’s special guests for the two-night stint are friends and fellow Star Magic talents Enrique Gil, Melai Cantiveros, Alora Sasam, Rayver Cruz, Miko Raval, Julia Barretto, Erich Gonzales, Xian Lim and Gerald Anderson.

The DeeTour Concert will be direc-ted by Arnel Natividad, with Jimmy Antiporda as musical director, and choreographed by Nesh of Hotlegs.
