Energy cost savings drives management decisions in PH

In a survey conducted during the Schneider Electric Xperience Efficiency event last September of 2013 in Manila, it showed that companies operating in the Philippines are becoming more mindful of the implications and importance of energy management to the success of their business; with 73% percent of respondents saying that cost savings is the biggest driver that impacts energy management decisions.

The survey includes 400 representatives from facilities management, engineering and finance department of various industry players in the country. It was done to gather information on current and future plans for energy management as well as the challenges being faced by the different organizations.
