Enstone ‘buzzing’ after Renault takeover

Renault’s recent takeover of the Lotus Formula One team has provided a significant boost in morale at the team’s United Kingdom factory in Enstone, as well as providing the squad with much needed direction, according to Renault Sport’s Managing Director Cyril Abiteboul.

“The atmosphere has been buzzing,” Abiteboul told Renault Sport’s website. “When we visited the factory in November there was a lot of work, but the mood was muted. Now it’s like a light has gone back on - everyone is flat out, but very optimistic.”
