Police recaptured on early Saturday a big Chinese drug lord and his wife who escaped from jail with the help of a robbery gang in Cavite last February.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) said Li Lian Yan alias Jackson Dy and his Wang Li Na were arrested in Infanta St., Infanta Subd., San Juan City, by a team from the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Anti-Organized Crime Division (AOCD) headed by Senior Supt. Jose Espino.
