In what probably is a very ominous sign of better things ahead for the local electric vehicle industry, the Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines (EVAP) through its president Rommel Juan recently signed a memorandum of agreement with the Green Technology Center (GTC) of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) through its Director Felicidad Zurbano.
