This month, JackCITY welcomes the return of the infamous Texas oil dynasty known as the Ewing family in the all-new Dallas. Premiering June 13, Thursday at 9:00 pm, the iconic drama continues with a new generation of Ewing’s who will take sibling rivalry, ambition, and deception to a whole new level.

The exciting series brings back three iconic stars from the original Dallas: Patrick Duffy as Bobby Ewing, Linda Gray as Sue Ellen Ewing and Larry Hagman as J.R. Ewing. Joined now by Josh Henderson as John Ross, the son of J.R., and Jesse Metcalfe as Christopher, Bobby’s adopted son, these two young men are about to embark on a battle that will be as epic as their father’s.

In the series premiere, we catch up with the Ewing family as they gather at Southfork Ranch for the upcoming wedding of Christopher, to Rebecca Sutter (Julie Gonzalo). The joyous occasion is interrupted when it is revealed that John Ross has organized secret oil drilling on Southfork, which results in oil gushing from the ground. Determined to strike it rich in the oil industry and prove himself as capable as his father, John Ross is willing to play dirty to get what he wants. Standing in his way, Christopher hopes to take the family business away from oil and in the new direction of alternative energy sources.

As the fight over oil and land threatens to tear the Ewings apart once again, another matter looks to complicate the men’s relationship. John Ross’s new girlfriend Elena Ramos (Jordana Brewster) just happens to be Christopher’s former fiancé. It’s clear the animosity between the cousins is not just in business, but also in love, and as the tension between them escalates their rivalry could eventually tear the Ewing family apart.

JackCITY is seen on free TV (via Beam) ch.31, and on SkyCable ch.72, Destiny Cable ch.60, and Cable Link ch.40 in Metro Manila, as well as through numerous other cable providers across the country.
