Former Rep. Rodolfo Plaza of Agusan del Sur has posted bail for his provisional liberty last week in connection with the graft, malversation, and direct bribery charges he is facing.
He was one of five former lawmakers charged by the Office of the Ombudsman in February in connection with the alleged misuse of the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) or pork barrel fund scam.
