The Office of the Ombudsman found sufficient grounds to file graft and malversation charges against former Mayor Arfran Quiñones of Davao Oriental in connection with alleged misappropriation of government properties amounting to P446,425.77.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Ombudsman said that it found that government properties under Quiñones’ custody remained unaccounted for after his term had ended.
