FORMER Iloilo representative and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) chief Augusto Syjuco Jr. filed criminal complaints before the Office of the Ombudsman on Friday against former president Benigno Aquino 3rd and former health secretary Janette Garin in connection with dengue vaccine mess.
In his complaint-affidavit, Syjuco accused Aquino and Garin of mass murder and other related and resultant crimes through reckless imprudence and negligence, plunder and graft and corruption.
