A former councilor of Marikina City died while another man was injured after an alleged ambush by two motorcycle-riding gunmen in Cainta, Rizal on Saturday afternoon.
According to a report relayed to the Rizal Provincial Police Office, former Councilor Elmer Nepomuceno died after being shot on the head, while a certain Elmer Lituania took gunshot wounds on his hands; a certain Jason Villon was unharmed.
