FORMER Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) Chairman Efraim Genuino was arraigned on 39 counts of graft and malversation charges on Thursday but he refused to enter any plea. The Sandiganbayan’s Third Division entered a not guilty plea in his behalf.
Likewise arraigned were Rafael Francisco, Jose Benedicto and Valente Custodio all entered no pleas.
