Former Pasay Mayor Wenceslao Trinidad has asked the Sandiganbayan’s First Division to review its decision convicting him of graft in connection with the bidding and award of a project for the construction of Pasay City Mall and Public Market in 2004.
Trinidad argued that the court erred when it held that all the elements of a violation of Section 3(e) of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act was present in the case.
