The Office of the Ombudsman has filed a case before the Sandiganbayan against former Tuguegarao City (Cagayan) Vice Mayor Danilo Baccay over his alleged failure to account for a cash advance of P400,000 within the prescribed period in 2009.
Assistant Special Prosecutor I Gregorio Marco dela Torre of the Ombudsman accused the respondent of violation of Article 218 of the Revised Penal Code.
