HEAVY traffic is expected around the metropolis during the weekend as the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) conducts road re-blocking and repair activities along major thoroughfares, including Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (EDSA).
The road projects were given the greenlight by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) which granted DPWH permits undertake the repairs from 10 p.m. of Friday up to Monday at 5 a.m.
