The entire country will have fair weather with possible cloudy skies on Tuesday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
However, there may be occasional rain in some areas because of isolated thunderstorms due to the presence of the ridge of high pressure area (HPA) affecting Northern Luzon.
The HPA, which is the opposite of the low pressure area (LPA), is associated with light winds, less rainclouds, and drier air.
Pagasa said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms will prevail over the whole country.
Northern and Central Luzon will have moderate winds blowing from the east to southeast. Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate. PNA
