Generally fair weather was forecast in most parts of the country except in extreme northern Luzon with the effects of weak Northeast Monsoon or "hangin amihan" which continues to be the dominant weather system, according to thevPhilippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Wednesday.
In its forecast, the whole archipelago will experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
