Fair weather will continue in most parts of the country on Friday, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
PAGASA said northeast monsoon continues to be the dominant weather system affecting Northern Luzon.
For Friday forecast, cloudy skies with light rains will be experienced over Cagayan Valley and the province of Aurora while partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains is expected over the regions of Ilocos and Cordillera.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
It added moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas. PNA
