They only had their second official performance in the country this May, but already, K-Pop group FameUS has gathered a great number of fans among the Filipino youth.
It was in February 2014 that the six pretty boy members of the Korean Pop group first performed in the Philippines to promote their debut single “Crazy.” Hardly knowing they made a mark in the local music scene since then, they were happily surprised to find a throng of fans widely cheering—and shrieking—for them as they held a show at The Concert at the Park on May 2.
The group—comprised of Hansaem, Kudom Jonghoon, Daeyoung, Doa and Hanyoung—did not disappoint the crowd especially when they rendered several Filipino songs they patiently memorized and sang from the heart.
Moreover, FameUS shot the music video of their mini-album You Can Play With It in tourist spots in the Philippines, specifically Luneta, Tagaytay, and SM Mall of Asia, which has since been digitally released.
And, with the great success of their promotional visit to the Philippines, FameUS announced they are due back September 2015 for another round of K-Pop fun.
