Family feud leaves 3 MNLF members dead in NCotabato


MATALAM, North Cotabato: Three members of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) were killed when a long-standing family feud, locally known as “rido,” erupted in the village of Kidama here on Thursday night, police and local officials said. Senior Insp. Sunny Leoncito, Matalam, town police chief, said a clan war involved the MNLF group under Kamid Mangadta, alias Commander Dragon, and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front 108th base commander leader Kepig Imbong, a village council member of Barangay Kidama. Killed were four MNLF members and residents of Kidama.
