Farewell Conway’s

The metro’s night owls will be sad to learn that The Makati Shangri-La Manila’s iconic bar, Conway’s, is down to its last few weeks before bidding the party scene goodbye.

The hotel, however, has organized a fitting countdown to the bar’s closing with three consecutive weeks featuring samba, rock and jazz music, kicking off on June 28 at 9 p.m. with Fejionda: The Ultimate Samba Experience. Taking center stage is the Samba School Imperatriz Filipinense, a community, promoting the samba lifestyle in the Philippines, will be performing and dancing together with Good Exchanges International Travel Scholars, and a live band.
