AYALA-LED Fort Bonifacio Development Corp. (FBDC), the master developer of Bonifacio Global City, has commenced with its first dormitory development at BGC which will cater to office and business process outsourcing (BPO) workers.
Dubbed as The Flats BGC at 5th Ave, the project will rise along BGC’s 5th Avenue across St. Luke’s Medical Center, and will be accessible to major thoroughfares like EDSA, Kalayaan Ave., C-5 Road, and 32nd Avenue.
