AT LEAST four people were confirmed dead while 240 others were rescued after a passenger ferry capsized off Real port in Infanta, Quezon amid stormy weather on Thursday.
Eleven passengers were missing, with the Calabarzon disaster council reporting that the ferry carried a total of 251 passengers on a total capacity of 286 passengers.
