The Federation of School Sports Association of the Philippines (FESSAP) announced Saturday that there will be more tryouts for swimmers who will compete in the 2017 Summer Universiade in Chinese Taipei.

FESSAP, through its member Philippine Inter-Schools, Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (PISCUAA), will hold another qualifying tournament this weekend at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex. Expected to attend are FESSAP officials, namely Deputy Secretary General and Universiade Overall Team Manager Col. Ariel Querubin (ret.), Vice President Dr. Diosdado Amante and Executive Vice President Prof. Robert Milton Calo, who also serves as chairperson of the 2017 Universiade Preparation and Monitoring Committee.
