In celebration of the National Arts Month, the Philippine High School for the Arts (PHSA) will offer the third Makiling Inter-Cultural Arts Festival (Makilinc) from February 1 to 7.
Los Baños City Mayor Caesar Perez will open the third Makilinc on February 1, as PHSA Deputy Director Ronaldo Abuan will welcome foreign and local guests. A series of performances will be given by PHSA Resident Companies like the Anino Shadowplay Collective, Kuwit, Maquiling Ballet, Musika Ibarang, Sanghiyas Pangkat Mananayaw, and Sipat-Lawin
