THE Makati Tourism Foundation Inc. (MTFI) on Monday launched the first HoReCa or Hotel Restaurant Café/Catering festival in the country.
The HoReCa festival hopes to bring together competing hotels, restaurants, and cafes to promote Makati City, the country’s financial district, as a “business tourism hub.”
