In light of the much-awaited Papal Visit of Pope Francis to the Philippines, cable channel History brings viewers a series of religious presentations to celebrate this momentous event starting with the television special, My Miracle.

As Catholicism’s stronghold in Southeast Asia with almost 500 years of ties with Christianity, the Filipinos are known the world over for their strong faith. In My Miracle, the Filipino religious narrate their most miraculous encounters and exhibit how the power of prayer transformed lives in the brink of death and impossible cures.

The Pope from the End of the World follows at 10 p.m., a documentary that lets viewers in on the life of Pope Francis and goes in-depth on his thoughts and the challenges he faces as he leads the destiny of the Catholic Church.

Rounding up the special presentation are stories from the world’s most famous book in the Emmy-nominated History miniseries, The Bible. Relive the greatest moments from Genesis to Revelations and encounter the heroes and villains from the Old and New Testaments with a marathon today from 3 p.m. onward.
