Buhay Party-list Rep. and Senior Deputy Minority Leader Lito Atienza get a massage from one of the graduating scholars of his party-list and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. The scholars were trained on massage therapy to give them a source of livelihood to help augment the income of their families.
