HERMOSA, BATAAN: Intermittent light to heavy rains triggered by habagat (southwest monsoon) on the ninth day on Saturday caused flashfloods that rose to as high as six feet, submerging 12 barangay (villages) in at least three towns in this province.
Hardest hit was Barangay Almacen in Hermosa town with floodwaters rising up to six feet.
