Indonesian chefs Ni Made Sadnyani and Kompyang Wikanta of Grand Hyatt Bali will visit Manila for a 10-day food festival showcasing culinary traditions from Bali, the “Island of the gods.”
To be mounted at the Market Café of Hyatt Regency Hotel and Casino Manila from August 30 to September 8, the festival will feature Balinese fare derived from Indonesian, Chinese and Indian cuisine influences. Among the dishes the two chefs are set to prepare are broth-soaked noodles, fiery curries, banana-wrapped fish, and vegetable salads with peanut dressing, among others.
Available from Monday to Saturday for dinners, and Sundays for lunch and dinner, the Balinese specials can be enjoyed at regular buffet rates. As special offer, for every four diners, one dines for free. They will also be entitled to win a two-night stay in Bali, inclusive of airfare and accommodations for two.
