FLIGHTS CANCELLED DUE TO RADAR SYSTEM REPAIR

A total of 99 flights at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) have been cancelled as the radar system repair started on Wednesday that being undertaken by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP). The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said cancelled flights that were affected by the preventive maintenance are Philippine Airlines, 16; PAL Express, 29; 42 flights from Cebu Pacific Air; Air Asia Zest, 12. The radar maintenance started from 1 a.m. up to 7 a.m. on Wednesday until Thursday, the MIAA said.
