Ford Philippines unveiled the new EcoSport Black Edition and the Everest 4×2 Titanium with Premium Package at the 2016 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS).
The company said the new models bring more power of choice to Filipino consumers. “We expect these latest additions to our showroom will contribute to our momentum, while reflecting on our ongoing plan to continue bringing world-class Ford vehicles to the Philippines,” said Ford Philippines Managing Director Lance Mosley in a speech.
Blacked-out trim, interior accessories
Starting with the EcoSport Black Edition, Ford took the top-of-the-line Titanium model and added a black-chrome finish to the 16-inch alloy wheels, the lower-grill surround and upper-grill bezel, the fog light bezel and the side-mirror covers. The model also features black trim in the headlights.
In addition, the Black Edition gets roof cross bars, a rear spoiler, aluminum and rubber sports pedals and illuminated scuff plates as standard. The EcoSport Black Edition costs P998,000.

Meanwhile, the top-specification Everest Titanium 4×2 variant can now be ordered with the optional Premium Package, which was previously available only on the 4×4 Titanium model. The new variant adds the following convenience and safety features to the 4×2 Titanium trim: HID projector headlights with automatic leveling function; Electrically operated panoramic moonroof; LED daytime running lights; Headlight washers; 230-volt inverter; Electrically operated tailgate; Electric folding third-row seats; Adaptive Cruise Control; Collision Mitigation with Heads Up Display Warning; Lane Keeping System; Lane Departure Warning; Active Park Assist; and 8-way electronically adjustable passenger seat.
The Everest Titanium 4×2 A/T with Premium Package costs P1.799 million.
