FORD Phils. announced it had topped the recent 2013 J.D. Power Asia Pacific Sales Satisfaction Index study for the Philippines, which highlights its commitment to provide an “unmatched customer experience” from Ford dealerships.
Among the 10 brands included in the study, Ford said it ranked highest overall as it performed “particularly well” in delivery process, delivery timing, paperwork, deal, and dealer facility.
“We’re proud of our number one ranking in J.D. Power’s survey, which helps to underscore the progress we are making to deliver an unmatched customer service and ownership experience,” said Ford Phils. Managing Director Kay Hart. “This experience begins the moment a future customer walks through the door of any Ford dealership nationwide.”
To support the company’s ongoing product-led transformation, Ford said it is “aggressively expanding” its network of dealerships to 33, adding that within the last 12 months it had opened dealerships in Cainta, Bohol, Butuan, General Santos, Ilocos Norte, Isabela, Makati, Manila Bay, Naga and Tarlac. Ford said it plans to establish Ford Zamboanga before the end of the year.
