A FORMER mayor of Bangued town in Abra was arrested allegedly in possession of illegal drugs and firearms during a police operation in a remote village recently.
PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) director, Chief Supt. Roel Obusan, identified the suspect as former Mayor Noel Castillo.
