Jackson Vroman, a former Barangay Ginebra import was found dead in his California home on Monday. He was 34. “He was sitting down, he got up to go inside the house, tripped on the stairs, hit his head and drown in the pool,” Dan Bilzerian, a friend of Vroman posted in his twitter account. Vroman led Ginebra into the semifinals of the 2012 Philippine Basketball Association Commissioners’ Cup. Vroman was picked by the Chicago Bulls during the 2004 rookie draft. He also played for the Phoenix Suns and New Orleans Hornets before deciding to play overseas.
