A former radio reporter, labeled as high-value target (HVT) for drugs, was arrested with shabu and marijuana by operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Tarlac City late on Friday.
Evangelino Dizon, known as Jing Dizon and former reporter for DZTC and DZRH AM radio, was arrested by virtue of a search warrant at Zone 1, Barangay San Isidro, Tarlac City, according to a press release.
