POLICE arrested four persons including three women posing as agents of the housing program of Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista called Bistek Ville after nearly victimizing a civilian agent of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) who wanted to avail a housing unit over the weekend. Supt. Ritchie Claraval, City Hall Police Detachment chief, identified the suspects as Maria Delene-Delmoro, 47, self employed; Raul Delmoro, 44, also a self employed, both of Block 26, Lot 17, Iron Wood St., Rainbow 5, Deparo, Caloocan City; Analyn Delgado-Golpo, 36, of 5231 South Ville 88, San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal and Claribel Canilang-Diama, 37, of Block 30, Lot 34, South Ville 88, San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal. Claraval said another suspect who might be the group’s leader identified as Nestor Panlilio, a city employee from Urban Poor Affairs Office (UPAO) has been pinpointed by the arrested suspects as their cohort. He added that Panlilio is still at large while would-be victim Emily Gutierrez, 35, a confidential agent of the NBI residing at P. Tuazon Street, Barangay Soccoro, Cubao, went to their station after sensing the suspect’s scheme.
