Fringe’s final salvo


Catch the final events of Fringe Manila, a franchise of the world’s largest multi-arts festival. “Transitio,” Fringe’s closing night special event will be held today at Fort Santiago in Intramuros, Manila from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Other events under Fringe Manila that will be showcased around Manila today are ADHD Productions’ “Komyut” at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP); Ballet Manila’s “Ballet Manila 2.0” at the Aliw Theatre; and Ballet Philippines’ “Manhid” at the CCP.

Brian Moreno’s “Bathala Na,” Denise M. Aguilar’s “Hope Float,” Studio Connections staging of PETA’s Haring Lear, Leeroy New’s “The Chrysalis Series,” Light and Space Contemporary’s Feature of Jason Tecson, Christos Marmeris’ “On Human Rights” and Ejay Yatco’s “Friction” will have their final viewing and performances at the College of Saint Benilde SDA Building.

You may still catch various exhibits at the 1335 Mabini, 98 Collaboratory and other partner art spaces.

Kevin Admitabra’s “Vitamin C: Kingdom,” Daniel Djamo’s “Birds” and Paulo Abe’s “The Banned Library,” all part of the Underexposed exhibit, are on its final viewing at the National Commission for Culture and the Arts Galleries and Lobby.
