POLICE and environmental authorities in Camarines Sur on Wednesday confiscated 29 pieces of assorted lumber and three panel doors and arrested a furniture shop owner in a remote village of Goa town. Camp Crame reports identified the suspect as Dindo Roserois of Barangay Catagbacan. Camarines Sur Police Director Senior Supt. Primo Golingay said in the report that Roseris was arrested at his furniture shop located at Purok 4 in Barangay Sta. Maria by joint personnel of the Lagonoy Municipal Police and a forester from the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (Cenro). Golingay said in the report that Roseris was arrested based on a confiscation/apprehension order issued by Cenro officer-in-charge Vivencio Cabanayan Jr.. The seized lumber was brought to Cenro for safe keeping.
