SENDAI, Japan: Group of Seven finance officials on Saturday vowed to cooperate in countering the financing of global terror at the end of a two-day meeting in Japan.

"Countering violent extremism and bringing perpetrators to justice remain top priorities for the whole international community," they said in statement. "The G7 commits to working together to strengthen the global fight against terrorist financing." AFP
